To access the full features of the 8k84 Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 8k84 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 8k84 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k84 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 8k84 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

8k84 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 8k84 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All financial transactions on the 8k84 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 8k84 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 8k84 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 8k84 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 8k84 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
8k84 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
In compliance with Philippine AML regulations, 8k84 monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. 8k84 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Such transactions may be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 8k84 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 8k84 Platform without prior written consent from 8k84.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k84 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases, 8k84's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k84 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination for cause, 8k84 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 8k84 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.
You may request voluntary closure of your 8k84 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8k84 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8k84 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
